Code Review
This pull request addresses a flaky test in test_async_scheduling.py related to asynchronous scheduling and speculative decoding. The changes involve adjusting assertions for the acceptance rate to make them more robust against minor variations, which is a sensible approach to improve test stability. A clarifying comment has also been added. The changes look good and should resolve the test flakiness.
